Looking to grow the business in Germany, the company is searching for a Client Partner (m/f/d) - Leadership Advisory Location: NRW/Home Office Responsibilities: Provides excellent account management service to key strategic accounts, proactively monitoring existing revenue activity and demonstrating understanding of people issues in client's business to successfully convert training needs into businessNegotiates successful conclusions to major business development opportunities, building strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and presenting confidently to senior HR and business leadersFollows up sales leads, identifying opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and closes saleProactively identifies and generates new lead opportunities and prospectsWorks to demonstrate payback to client's business from the offered solutions Skills/Experience: Minimum 4 years successful experience in HR Training fieldMinimum 4 years sales experience in B2B or training industryAbility to understand business context and articulate solutions to HR professionals and business leadersSkilled at influencing senior decision makers and presenting at board levelProfessional appearance, able to represent company at major events and exhibitions What our customer is offering: Meaningful tasks in a small team with flat hierarchies and fast decision making process.An attractive salary with a promising bonus system.Enjoyable work at an exciting and succesful organization within an international environment at a market leading company.Working in an enthusiastic company and team where training and personal development is stimulated.
