To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Media Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin or Düsseldorf. In this role you will be responsible for the meticulous optimisations of our 8-digit brand media budget with a strong focus on TV advertising down to the last detail. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the TV media landscape and an expert understanding of TV to web tracking.   • Determine the most effective media channels for reaching target audiences, encompassing both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Optimize the media mix based on campaign objectives, budget constraints, and performance metrics.
  • Analyse and optimise monthly TV plan.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the media landscape.
  • Identify key audience segments and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular and insightful reports on the effectiveness of media plans.
  • Recommend strategic optimizations based on performance metrics and market insights.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the TV media landscape and 2+ years proven experience in TV performance optimisation.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with media planning and analytics tools, especially TV-to-web tracking.
  • Business fluency in both German and English
