Currently, we're in search of (Mid Level) Web Designer to bolster our team. You'll bring your expertise to the forefront, enhancing our Creative team.
What you will be doing
- Be the design advocate of the projects you are working with: consult clients, sell your ideas, defend and prototype your design decisions.
- Create websites with page builders and CMS like Webflow.
- Play an active role in the design process from business requirements to implementation.
- Develop and validate your ideas. Take responsibility for the execution of: Brand development, Information architecture, concepts, sketches, and mockups, wireframes and user flows, layouts, screen/interface, designs, and prototypes.
- Solve complex user problems through conducting UX Research and performing usability tests and optimisations.
Must-Have’s
- Deep understanding of Webflow.
- Deep understanding of Figma, and Adobe Suite.
- Very strong visual design skills in digital fields/projects.
- Completed design studies or comparable training.
- You have 3+ years of experience shipping products in an in-house or consulting environment.
- Fluency in German (preferably) and English, you should be comfortable having face-to-face interactions with the clients.
- Experience running client facing meetings (e.g.: design workshops and design kick-offs) and strong communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Experience clearly communicating designs deliverables for the engineering team.

Selected Nice-to-Have’s
- Experience across products and platforms: B2C, B2B, web, and mobile apps.
- Experience conducting UX research, performing testing, and developing of products’ design strategies and information architecture.
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems, ideally according to atomic best practices.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Motion Design.
- Experience with Illustration.
