Customer Success Manager – Life Sciences | Remote DACH



Germany / Austria

Full-time

€60–65K base + 25% bonus commission





A fast-growing global EdTech company is hiring a Customer Succsess Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform across academic accounts.



Your mission:

  • Support universities post-sale to drive usage and renewals
  • Build relationships with faculty and help integrate the product into classrooms
  • Serve as the trusted contact for onboarding, support, and training


Ideal background:

  • Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or a STEM discipline
  • Confident communicator (even poster presentations or academic demos count!)
  • Experience with customer interaction, training, or support
  • Fluent German
