Junior Sales Executive - B2B Manufacturing SaaS - German Speaking



We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing, early-stage company revolutionizing manufacturing automation. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in expanding my client presence within the DACH region, specifically targeting manufacturing clients.



The client:

Our client is a small, agile team, poised for significant growth. They developed groundbreaking machine learning algorithms that provide plug-in solutions for machine automation.



Your Role:

As our Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in building a robust sales pipeline and driving revenue growth. You will focus on:



  • Hunter Mentality: Proactively identifying and engaging with enterprise-level manufacturing
  • Pipeline Development: Building a sales pipeline, focusing on high-volume, quick-close deals.
  • Direct Engagement: Conducting cold calls, virtual demonstrations, and engaging directly with machine operators to showcase the simplicity and effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, with a focus on quick turnarounds
  • Customer Education: Train machine operators on how to effectively utilize our plug-in solutions.


What We're Looking For:

  • Hunter mentality with proven experience in cold calling, specifically targeting manufacturing clients.
  • Mechanical engineering studies and/or understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to the growth of a disruptive technology company.
  • German native or fluent.


Remote work and uncapped commission scheme.
