A leading boutique finance transformation, ERP and Financial Systems consultancy is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join their team!

Working with customers across a range of industry sectors, the Project Manager will lead implementations of Cloud ERP solutions and will manage the project deployment end-to-end. Working closely with Functional and Technical consultants, this role will manage project phases from requirements gathering, functional design, build and configuration, deployment and post-live hypercare.

This is a dynamic, project-focused position and will suit an experienced Finance Project Manager or ERP PM with good ERP or Financial Systems implementation experience! A great chance to take on the next challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP implementation and improvement projects end-to-end for key areas including Financials, Reporting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Finance Teams on the client side to manage requirements gathering and lead as-is and to-be solution design
• Own and manage the system build, customisation and deployment
• Ensure that Projects are delivered on time and within budget, in line with client expectations
• Manage Raid logs, project risks and allocate human resources e.g. functional and technical consultants for the deployment of the project

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in ERP Project Management
• Project Management experience for ERP or Business Systems, or Finance transformation projects or similar Business IT applications programmes
• Functional understanding of core business processes e.g. Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Procurement (P2P), Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• Strong Communication skills and ability to manage and engage relevant stakeholders
• Desirable: good working knowledge of Project Management methodologies e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Prince2, PMP, Scrum or similar
• Experience working in a customer-facing role or in a Consultancy highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Fluent German

Location: Germany, Remote working possible with some business travel

Contract Type: Permanent employment contract
