Sales Representative

MacGregor Black is proud to partner with a leading outdoor apparel brand on the search for a Sales Representative, covering the Southern Germany region. This is a remote-based position with regular travel.



This is more than a sales role. We’re looking for an energetic, self-starting brand ambassador - someone who lives and breathes the outdoors, understands the culture of adventure and can passionately discuss technical product storytelling and lifestyle fashion trends . You’ll be responsible for managing and growing wholesale partnerships across key outdoor and lifestyle retail accounts, representing a brand that values purpose, performance and passion.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive sell-in and sell-through across outdoor and lifestyle retail partners in Southern Germany
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with key retail accounts, buyers, and field teams
  • Identify growth opportunities and open new accounts aligned with brand values
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to activate brand stories at retail
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, clinics, and key industry events
  • Deliver market insight and competitor analysis to inform internal strategy


What We’re Looking For:



  • A genuine passion for the outdoors – hiking, climbing, trail or snow
  • 2+ years' experience in the outdoor industry (retail, brand ambassador, tech rep, product or marketing role preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the outdoor consumer and lifestyle crossover
  • Commercial drive with a people-first mindset
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Southern Germany region
