What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
  • Build and grow relationships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and IPPs
  • Deliver bespoke technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
  • Provide market insights on pricing, trends, and customer needs
  • Represent the business at major energy events and conferences across Europe


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in business development within energy (BESS or renewables ideal)
  • Strong technical understanding of BESS systems and integration
  • Proven record of closing high-value commercial deals
  • Native-level German and business-fluent English
  • Degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
  • Long-term right to work in Germany is essential
