What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
- Build and grow relationships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and IPPs
- Deliver bespoke technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
- Provide market insights on pricing, trends, and customer needs
- Represent the business at major energy events and conferences across Europe
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in business development within energy (BESS or renewables ideal)
- Strong technical understanding of BESS systems and integration
- Proven record of closing high-value commercial deals
- Native-level German and business-fluent English
- Degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
- Long-term right to work in Germany is essential
