Professional Requirements:

• Experience as Technical/Production Supervisor at agricultural alloy blade companies.
• Expertise at heat-treated, and alloy wear-resistant coating technology.
• Role critical for agricultural machinery component innovation.
• Work Experience: 5+ years
• Language: English
• Salary Range: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Supervisor:

1. Lead R&D of alloy blade products for agricultural machinery.
2. Master key technical parameters of alloy blade manufacturing equipment.
3. Develop blade production processes (including tooling/fixture design).
4. Oversee product R&D and process standardization (experience with Bussatis/MWS-type products preferred).

Production Supervisor:

1. Manage alloy blade production and operations.
2. Optimize equipment parameters for blade manufacturing.
3. Expertise in blade production processes and tooling development.
4. Prior operational management experience with Bussatis/MWS-type products preferred.

Core Requirements:

1. 5+ years as Technical/Production Supervisor at Bussatis, MWS, or comparable companies.
2. Full-cycle alloy blade manufacturing expertise.
3. Focus: Mastery of production processes (Process Expert Preferred).
