Azure Desktop Specialist

Location: Remote – must be Germany-based and have B2 level + German

We're on the hunt for an experienced AVD Specialist to join a global tech leader. This is your chance to lead enterprise-scale Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) projects in a fully remote setup - German language fluency (B2+) is essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, deploy, and optimize secure AVD environments on Azure
• Manage host pools, session hosts, and application groups
• Integrate AVD with Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, RBAC
• Automate deployments using ARM templates or Bicep
• Monitor performance using Azure Monitor & AVD Insights
• Implement security baselines & conditional access

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of AVD experience in enterprise environments
• Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge (networking, identity, compute, storage)
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting, FSLogix, Windows multi-session
• Fluent German (B2 or higher)

Bonus Points For:

• Microsoft Certs: AZ-140, AZ-104
• Citrix or VMware Horizon experience
• Hybrid environment familiarity
