To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a B2B Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg or Düsseldorf. As part of our Programmatic Display & Video team, you will be responsible for managing paid B2B online marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels, such as search, programmatic video & display and paid social. You will work closely with multiple functions within EMEA Marketing and across departments (Product, Finance and regional teams) to drive activities along the B2B customer journey (awareness, lead generation and direct e-commerce revenue).

  • Develop and implement end-to-end paid marketing campaigns along the B2B customer journey (awareness, lead generation, e-commerce revenue), across digital channels (digital search, video, display, and paid social media) and across several markets.
  • Manage KPI and data-driven optimization campaigns to achieve performance objectives in alignment with the overall marketing and B2B strategy, as week as business goals.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor advertising budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies, and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data insights, and provide regular reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to drive projects and to ensure global standards (including tracking, reporting, ad creatives, landing pages etc.)

  • Professional experience in online marketing, particularly in managing search campaigns, preferably also with expertise in programmatic video, display, or paid social campaigns, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Proficient use of web analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, quick grasp of the situation and affinity for numbers.
  • Communication and assertiveness as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate campaign strategies and results.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization.
  • Business fluent in both English and German.
