B2B Sales Manager (m/w/d) – Pharma



Remote possible | Based in Southern Germany or France | Focus: French market



For one of our clients – an innovative software company serving the process industry – we are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to drive growth in the French market.



Your responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key B2B clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for France
  • Manage your own sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals
  • Get support from an in-house team for cold outreach
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch automated campaigns
  • Lead negotiations independently and prepare contracts with assistance from the sales support team


What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience selling complex SaaS / IT solutions or strong B2B sales experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Passion for new business development and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Confident, professional demeanor
  • Willingness to travel within France
  • Fluent in French and English
