We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the gaming industry to lead and expand our business activities in China. You'll work closely with the company Founder and play a key role in scaling influencer marketing campaigns for leading publishers in the Mobile, PC, and Console gaming sectors.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the gaming industry to lead and expand our business activities in China. You'll work closely with the company Founder and play a key role in scaling influencer marketing campaigns for leading publishers in the Mobile, PC, and Console gaming sectors.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through outreach, pitching, and closing deals
- Manage client accounts end-to-end (planning, budgeting, campaign support, upselling, invoicing)
- Meet and exceed quarterly performance goals
- Identify emerging trends, platforms and content formats, and develop tailored strategies
- Take ownership of revenue generation and account growth
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences in China
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales
- Proven track record in the gaming industry – ideally with a strong marketing or publishing background
- Well-established network in China’s gaming ecosystem
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience launching or marketing Mobile, PC or Console games
- Prior exposure to influencer marketing is a plus
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Independent, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated
