Optimus Search is excited to partner with a company at the forefront of developing IoT solutions in the healthtech sector. Known for its ground-breaking work in establishing an IoT industry standard for connected medical devices and intelligent healthcare systems, this company has solidified its role as a leader in the digital transformation of healthcare and patient care.



They are currently looking for a Cloud Engineer to join their Cloud Team and play a pivotal role in advancing innovative healthcare solutions through cutting-edge cloud technologies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the development of IoT software modules, from concept to product launch.
  • Actively participate in planning, coding, and testing software modules and microservices that drive the IoT backend infrastructure.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and update existing cloud-based software solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the project team in solving cloud software challenges, release management, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and project managers, contribute to effort estimation, and ensure accurate project planning.


Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience with microservice-based software architectures.
  • Solid understanding of IoT systems and expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, PaaS, SaaS, OAuth2, containers, event-driven architectures, versioning, web services, and microservices.
  • Advanced programming skills, particularly in C#/.NET.
  • Fluent German skills are essential for effective communication within the team and with customers.
