We’ve partnered with a leading AI software company powering multilingual customer service at scale. They’re now modernizing their infrastructure — moving from on-prem to scalable cloud (Azure) — and looking for a Database & Platform Engineer to join their fully remote team.

We’ve partnered with a leading AI software company powering multilingual customer service at scale. They’re now modernizing their infrastructure — moving from on-prem to scalable cloud (Azure) — and looking for a Database & Platform Engineer to join their fully remote team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, and Oracle systems (on-prem + Azure)
- Own performance, security, and backup strategies for production databases
- Support developers with data modeling and SQL optimization
- Help drive cloud migration and modern infrastructure practices
✅ What You Bring
- Deep PostgreSQL experience + MS-SQL or Oracle
- Knowledge of backups, performance tuning, and DB security
- Some exposure to Azure, IaC, or CI/CD (Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions a plus)
- Fluent German (C1+) and based in Germany
