What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of AE experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Fluent in German, with experience in the DACH mid-market (Mittelstand)
- Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or production operations
- Bonus: MEDDICC/SPICED expertise, €50–300K TCV deal experience
Compensation & Perks
