Tasks:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and medical facilities in the assigned region (Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and surrounding areas)
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to understand their needs and present suitable service solutions
- Promote and sell the company's service offerings, including maintenance, repairs, and service contracts
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base and increase regional market share
- Collaborate with the inside sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and sales progress using the company’s CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory and report insights to management
- Plan and manage a personal sales schedule and travel route efficiently
- Attend trade fairs, conferences, and promotional events as required
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing and product/service development efforts
Your Profile:
- Fluent/native German and strong English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Experience in the medical field or healthcare industry (experience with endoscopy is a plus but not required)
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, but not essential – this role could also suit a motivated service technician looking to transition into a sales position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently from a remote/home office setup
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the assigned region (Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and surroundings)
- Valid driver’s license – a company car is provided
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn
