We're all about nurturing talent, so all we need from you is enthusiasm, a winning attitude, and fluency in German and English.

In your day-to-day role, you'll be using your language skills to match candidates to jobs in their native tongue, across various industries. You'll be sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates, while ensuring the best fit for both the candidate and the company. It's a role that's as rewarding as it is challenging!

Here's what we'd need from you:

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and good command of English
• Valid EU passport or ID
• Commitment to a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece (don't worry, we've got your relocation covered!)
• A love for connecting with people and helping them land their dream job
