You will develop PLC software and control concepts, simulate and test the software in advance, participate in projects, perform on-site commissioning, document your work, and engage in requirements engineering.

Your Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing automation systems (PLC)
- Developing and implementing process control solutions
- Creating safety concepts for machinery
- Programming and commissioning Siemens PLC systems
- Technical offer creation, effort estimation, and project execution
You will be supported by an experienced mentor to guide you through the learning curve if needed.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar (e.g. Technician)
- Proficiency in common programming languages
- Initial experience in PLC programming and visualization
- Self-motivated, reliable, solution-oriented
- Enjoy learning and growing through challenges
Top Requirements (Must-Haves):
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Strong self-management and independent work style
- Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving deadlines
- Communication skills – client feedback handling, paraphrasing
- Project management competence (KPT, R, MAK, M&E, Controlling)
- Mentoring skills – able to support junior engineers
Nice to Have:
- Native German speaker or C1/C2 with strong technical language skills
- Motivation to switch for meaningful projects, cutting-edge technology, and development opportunities
