ResponsibilitiesExciting opportunities await you – as Employee
Procurement Excellence, you will organize the ALTANA-wide
cross-divisional target-setting process, implement the ALTANA-wide
KPI development and reporting of performance measurement and
controlling, and manage and support cross-divisional value creation
programs with a stronger focus on supplier management, all within
procurement. Your further tasks and duties include:Realizing
cross-functional workshops for developing alternative suppliers,
optimizing supplier structures, improving supplier performance and
enhancing supplier resilience as well as risk mitigation
strategiesAdvancing systems for tracking the execution of
procurement measures, including supplier regulatory compliance and
supplier performanceEstablishing supplier risk monitoring in the
areas of sustainability, compliance, financial stability, supply
chain disruption, and geopolitical risksEvolving and installing
ALTANA-wide supplier management processes in the department
(scouting, onboarding, qualification, development, performance,
etc.) with a special focus on regulatory frameworks (e.g., CS3D,
LkSG) and supply chain due diligenceConceiving and organizing
procurement conferences, particularly on topics such as regulatory
changes, risk management, and supplier performanceWith this
profile, you convince us – if you possess a degree in economics,
engineering, chemistry, or comparable professional training and
bring extensive experience in procurement in a manufacturing
company – ideally in the chemical industry –, in projects in
procurement and supply chain in a consulting company, or in

with supplier development and qualification proceduresExcellent
organizational awareness and a service and stakeholder
orientationStrong process understanding and the ability to
implement compliance and risk measures in procurementCompelling
communication skills at different hierarchical levelsA good

as well as procurement-related regulatory frameworks (e.g., CS3D,
LkSG, ESG risk criteria) is a plusDexterity in SAP and SRM tools
