Senior Account Manager - ECM

Location: Remote, Germany

Package: 80,000-110k Euros + double OTE




Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving revenue and building lasting client relationships? Our client, a leading innovator in enterprise content management solutions, is seeking a top-tier Senior Account Manager to join their high-performing team in Germany. This is a remote role with a perfect blend of 50% hunting (new business development) and 50% farming (nurturing existing relationships) to fuel growth in a designated territory or industry.

What You’ll Do:



  • Develop and execute a killer sales plan to smash your quota
  • Hunt for new customers through targeted research and prospecting
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Educate prospects on the game-changing benefits of our client’s cutting-edge solutions
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to deliver compelling software demos
  • Own the CRM, keeping meticulous records of opportunities, conversations, and commitments
  • Drive accurate sales forecasting and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Support RFPs and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sale to implementation
  • Contribute fresh ideas to supercharge the sales process and team growth
  • Stay ahead of the curve with market trends and best practices


What You Bring:



  • Proven sales experience with a knack for hitting targets
  • Experience in ECM/ERP markets with ideally some AI expereience
  • Expoerience of both New business (Hunting) and and nurturing existing business (Farming)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to win trust and consensus across teams
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional edge
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a master at multitasking
  • Collaborative team player who thrives with minimal oversight
  • Ready to travel up to 50% (liikely less but this is the expectation)
