Your Role – SAP IBP Consultant

You will be a key player in SAP IBP projects, contributing your expertise across the full project lifecycle. You’ll work with a highly skilled internal SAP team, leveraging best practices and advanced tools to drive effective planning solutions.



Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live
  • Work on modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
  • Translate business requirements into scalable IBP solutions
  • Liaise with key business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Support process improvement and innovation within supply chain planning


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SAP IBP experience with full lifecycle implementation exposure
  • Strong configuration and solution design capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead or support IBP rollouts
  • German language proficiency (B2 minimum)
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills


Desirable:

  • Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
  • Understanding of integration with S/4HANA or ECC
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
