Job Specification: SAP SD Functional Consultant

Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week, 4 days remote

Role Overview:

As an In-House SAP SD Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the "Order to Cash (OTC)" processes for the organization. You will work within the company’s global SAP S/4HANA Template Roll-out initiativeThis role focuses on the global SAP S/4HANA Template Roll-out initiative, contributing to process harmonization and implementation across Europe, Asia, and the USA. This role also involves supporting existing operations on SAP ECC while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support sales process assessments and enhancements within SAP ERP and associated areas.
• Collaborate with internal departments to design and implement process improvements using SAP tools.
• Configure and develop the SAP SD module and its integration with related modules, such as MM, EWM, and GTS.
• Manage CRM system integration (MS Dynamics) with SAP to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Guide and support data migration efforts from legacy systems to SAP.
• Work in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Conduct issue analysis and resolution as part of second- and third-level support.
• Train and mentor key users on system functionalities, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficient usage.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/OTC processes, including end-to-end application, customization, and process integration.
• Familiarity with process integration across SAP MM, EWM, or GTS modules.
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) for business communication and meetings.
• Fluent in English to support international projects and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing SAP implementation projects.
• Expertise in capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing business requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and proactively solve problems.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Customization experience in SAP MM, EWM, or GTS modules.
• Familiarity with the SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
• French language proficiency.
