Senior) Strategy Consultant - Strategy Planning (m/w/d) CIO S&BM
Mülheim an der Ruhr (anteilig mobiles Arbeiten in Deutschland möglich)
Vollzeit - unbefristet
ALDI International Services SE & Co. Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Konzepten und langfristigen IT-Strategien unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Marktbedingungen und Wettbewerbsanalysen
Unterstützung bei der Steuerung der Transformationsprogramme sowie Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen innerhalb des CIO Office
Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit ADX-weiten Abteilungen im Rahmen strategischer Projekte
Beantwortung strategienaher und operativer Fragestellungen sowie die Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen dem/der CIO und anderen nationalen/internationalen Abteilungen
Unterstützung des/der CIO bei strategischen Entscheidungen durch Bereitstellung von Analysen, Empfehlungen und Präsentationen
Vorbereitung und Koordination internationaler Senior-Management-Gremien
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zu kommunizieren

Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with departments across ADX as part of strategic projects
Answering strategic and operational questions and acting as an interface between the CIO and other national/international departments
Supporting the CIO in strategic decision-making by providing relevant analyses, recommendations and presentations
Arranging and coordinating international senior management committees
Degree or similar qualification, as well as experience in a comparable position or in management consulting
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
