D2C Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer - (Head of Ecom)

What You’ll Do

  • Strategize and Execute: Drive paid acquisition campaigns (with a heavy focus on Meta Ads) to scale e-commerce clients, overseeing every detail from concept to optimization.
  • Dig Into Data: Obsess over analytics—tracking performance, identifying key insights, and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
  • Meta Ads: You feel most at home in the Ads Manager and always are up to date with the latest new strategies to test
  • Test, Learn, Repeat: Pilot new ad formats, funnel structures, and creative angles, applying a “fail fast, learn faster” mindset to keep our clients on the cutting edge.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and client success teams to ensure campaigns align with overarching brand strategies. You’ll also mentor and guide junior media buyers.
  • Own the Process: Build and refine systems, SOPs, and best practices that drive efficiency and ensure consistent, scalable results.
  • Optimize Budgets: Manage significant ad spend effectively, balancing scale with healthy ROAS across multiple accounts
