We are seeking a Solar Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts across Northern Germany, with a particular focus on developing relationships in the Commercial & Industrial and installer markets.
The Role
As Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing direct sales activities across Northern Germany
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with C&I customers and installation partners
- Presenting and promoting our full portfolio of cutting-edge solar mounting systems
- Working closely with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Delivering on revenue targets and contributing to market growth strategy
- Proven track record in solar sales, ideally with mounting systems or solar components
- Strong knowledge of the C&I and/or installer market in Germany
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg
- Fluent in German; English is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Work with a market-leading manufacturer known for product quality and innovation
