Strategic Inhouse Recruiter (Part-Time, Tech & Consulting Focus)Location: Remote-first (Germany)
Hours: 20/week (50% FTE)

The Role
As an inhouse recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the hiring process—partnering with managers, building candidate pipelines, and shaping talent strategy.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, hiring
- Build pipelines for ERP, BI, and consulting roles
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategy
- Execute high-impact sourcing via LinkedIn and networks
- Contribute to employer branding and event/university outreach
What You Bring
- 3+ years experience in recruiting, especially IT or consulting roles
- Strong sourcing and market research skills
- Fluent in German (C2), solid English (B2+)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
