Strategic Inhouse Recruiter (Part-Time, Tech & Consulting Focus)

Location: Remote-first (Germany)

Hours: 20/week (50% FTE)

Contract: Permanent

Start: As soon as possible



Our client is a stable, long-term partner to mid-sized businesses in the DACH region, offering ERP and Power BI solutions.



The Role

As an inhouse recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the hiring process—partnering with managers, building candidate pipelines, and shaping talent strategy.

This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with strong potential for long-term impact and growth.



Your Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, hiring
  • Build pipelines for ERP, BI, and consulting roles
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategy
  • Execute high-impact sourcing via LinkedIn and networks
  • Contribute to employer branding and event/university outreach


What You Bring

  • 3+ years experience in recruiting, especially IT or consulting roles
  • Strong sourcing and market research skills
  • Fluent in German (C2), solid English (B2+)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
