Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Consumer & Services

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Berlin or Munich, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this high-impact role, you will expand EPAM’s presence in the CGP&R sector by identifying opportunities and driving client engagement for custom IT development and digital transformation programs. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and advanced technology, positioning EPAM as a trusted partner for scalable, future-ready solutions in commerce, supply chain and consumer experience.ResponsibilitiesLeverage an established network in Germany’s CGP&R sector to identify and develop new business opportunitiesDrive consultative sales of complex IT development and digital solutions to achieve revenue targetsEngage with client leadership to understand business priorities and co-create digital and commercial roadmapsDevelop compelling value propositions, lead proposal preparation and manage all stages of the deal cycleCollaborate with internal consulting, engineering, delivery and partner teams to design integrated client solutionsFoster co-selling opportunities with ecosystem partners to broaden market coverageShare market insights and best practices to support regional and global growth objectivesRequirements8+ years of experience in business development or sales of digital technology services, including custom IT development projectsProven network within Germany’s CGP&R sectorDemonstrated success in shaping and closing complex IT and digital transformation dealsDeep knowledge of CGP&R digitalization trends, including direct-to-consumer commerce, omnichannel retail, supply chain visibility and consumer data platformsAbility to craft impactful value propositions and present effectively to senior leadership and C-level stakeholdersExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindsetFluency in German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
