Über den BereichDie Private Bank ist einer der zentralen Geschäftsbereiche der Deutschen Bank und betreut Privatkundinnen und Privatkunden über verschiedene Marken, Vertriebskanäle und Kundensegmente hinweg. Innerhalb der Private Bank ist der Bereich Marketing & Client Experience dafür verantwortlich, relevante, konsistente und datenbasierte Kundenerlebnisse zu gestalten. Durch die Kombination von Kundenwissen, Marketingexpertise und digitalen Fähigkeiten unterstützt das Team die Kundenbindung, das Geschäftswachstum sowie den Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Im Rahmen der Transformation des Marketings in der Private Bank bauen wir ein modernes Marketing-Technologie-Ökosystem auf Basis der Adobe Experience Cloud auf und etablieren neue Arbeitsweisen innerhalb des Marketings. Die Position unterstützt die Marketingteams dabei, Daten, Automatisierung, Personalisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz effektiv zu nutzen, um relevantere und messbare Kundeninteraktionen zu schaffen.Ihre AufgabenDu treibst die Einführung, den unternehmensweiten Einsatz sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Adobe Experience Cloud und weiterer Marketing-Technologien innerhalb des Marketings voran.Du bist die Ansprechperson für Adobe-Lösungen, Integrationen, Governance und Best Practices und berätst Stakeholder aus den Bereichen Marketing, Technologie und Datenmanagement.Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in skalierbare Plattformfunktionen, Prozesse, Betriebsmodelle und praxisnahe Anwendungsfälle.Du entwickelst Standards, Playbooks und Enablement-Formate und verantwortest Kommunikations-, Schulungs- und Change‑Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Plattformnutzung.Du unterstützt die Umsetzung datengetriebener Customer Journeys, Kampagnen, Content‑Prozesse, Personalisierungsmaßnahmen sowie Marketing‑Automatisierungslösungen.Du analysierst die Nutzung der Plattform und den geschäftlichen Mehrwert, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und überführst Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und Marketing‑Technologie (MarTech) in konkrete Anwendungsfälle mit messbarem Nutzen.Ihre Fähigkeiten und ErfahrungenDu verfügst über Erfahrung mit der Adobe Experience Cloud, MarTech‑Plattformen oder vergleichbaren unternehmensweiten Marketing‑Technologien.Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Plattformimplementierungen, Rollouts neuer Funktionen sowie digitalen Transformationsprogrammen.Du bringst ein fundiertes Verständnis von Customer Journeys, Kampagnenmanagement, Content Operations, Marketing‑Automatisierung, Personalisierung und Analytics mit.Du hast Erfahrung im Stakeholder‑Management, Change‑Management sowie in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen und Enablement‑Maßnahmen.Du verstehst es, fachliche und technische Perspektiven miteinander zu verbinden und strategische Ziele in praxisnahe, skalierbare Lösungen zu übersetzen.Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑, Moderations‑ und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Was wir Ihnen bietenEmotionally and mentally balanced – A positive mind helps us master the challenges of everyday life – both professionally and privately. Since our offerings slightly vary across locations, please contact your recruiter with specific questions.Your tasksYou drive the adoption, rollout and continuous development of Adobe Experience Cloud and related marketing technologies across Marketing.You act as a subject matter expert for Adobe capabilities, integrations, governance and best practices, advising stakeholders across Marketing, Technology and Data.You translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities, processes, operating models and practical use cases.You develop standards, playbooks and enablement formats, and lead communication, training and change activities to support platform adoption.You support the implementation of data‑driven client journeys, campaigns, content operations, personalisation and marketing automation capabilities.You monitor adoption and business outcomes, identify optimisation opportunities and help turn developments in artificial intelligence, automation and MarTech into tangible business use cases.Your skills and experienceExperience with Adobe Experience Cloud, MarTech platforms or comparable enterprise marketing technologies.Experience in delivering platform implementations, capability rollouts or digital transformation programmes.Strong understanding of client journeys, campaign management, content operations, marketing automation, personalisation and analytics.Experience in stakeholder management, change management, training and organisational enablement.Ability to connect business and technical perspectives and translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable solutions.Strong communication, facilitation and project management skills, combined with fluency in English and German.What we offerEmotionally and mentally balanced – A positive mind helps us master the challenges of everyday life – both professionally and privately.
