Take ownership of impactful projects and actively drive digital transformation in an environment that values innovation, excellence, and team spirit.TasksHow you’ll lead our AI projects to success:Deliver end‑to‑end consulting and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce and AI solutions for our clientsDevelop industry‑specific Agentforce business cases and present them at executive levelAnalyze existing processes and architectures to identify strategic AI opportunitiesTranslate business requirements into technical solution concepts and own the solution designDesign and configure autonomous AI agentsConduct workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts and support sales during pre‑sales phasesCollaborate closely with project management, technical architects, and development teamsProvide guidance to your team, share knowledge, and contribute to enhancing our AI methodologiesWhat you should bring with you:Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation, ideally focusing on Service Cloud or Sales CloudProven experience with Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI and automation frameworksStrong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent‑based architecturesExperience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plusKnowledge of relevant integration technologies such as MuleSoft or ETL tools preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholdersProficiency in German and English, both written and spokenSalesforce certifications (e.g., AI Specialist, Agentforce, Data Cloud) are a strong assetWork in a dynamic, international team with flat hierarchies and an appreciative company culture.Time FlexibilityIn addition to 30 days of paid vacation and various support options for parents, you also have the opportunity to take a sabbatical or unpaid leave with us.Location FlexibilityOur hybrid work model gives you the freedom to choose between working from home or the office.
