You will help with the translation of the business requirements into functional requirements, support the roll-out of OE’s, and collaborate with MidCorp OE’s to define transformation roadmaps with clear, actionable measures aimed at delivering short & long-term benefits, which includes the implementation of a Commercial Underwriting Workbench for Underwriters.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have a solid background in commercial underwriting (ideally Property) either as an Underwriter or in a Lead role within operations. You will have a good understanding of commercial lines insurance products, solid IT knowledge and understanding with know-how and skills in agile development, bring a “can do” attitude, high degree of motivation and entrepreneurial thinking, and experience working in Agile environments. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
