Communication & Digital Adoption Specialist – P2P / ERP Transformation (Freelance)

OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy Communication & Digital Adoption Specialist to support a global ERP / Procurement Transformation program in the Procure-to-Pay / Demand-to-Pay environment.The role focuses on communication, release enablement and digital user adoption. You will work closely with Product Owners, project teams, IT and business stakeholders to ensure that system changes, releases and relevant information are communicated clearly and made easily accessible to end users.Project details:Start: As soon as possible / to be alignedDuration: 12 monthsLocation: HungaryWorking model: Remote from Hungary, with occasional onsite meetings/workshops in Hungary and GermanyWorkload: 100%Contract: Freelance / B2BLanguage: Fluent English and HungarianThe ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a good understanding of digital tools and technology and is comfortable working independently in a fast-moving international transformation environment.Your responsibilitiesTasksCollect, structure and prepare release notes and system updatesTranslate technical and functional changes into clear, concise and user-friendly communicationCreate and maintain communication content for upcoming releases, enhancements and process changesMaintain and update project- and product-related websites and digital contentCreate, maintain and update WalkMe content and digital user guidanceUse HTML and CSS for basic website and content adjustmentsCreate and update user guides, presentations and other communication and enablement materialsTrack communication-, release- and adoption-related activities in JiraCoordinate closely with Product Owners, IT teams, business stakeholders and other project teamsSupport communication around new functionalities, system changes and implementation activitiesContribute to workshops, meetings and selected Organizational Change Management activitiesEnsure communication content is accurate, consistent and aligned with the overall program and product messagingSkillsSeveral years of experience in digital communication, change communication, digital adoption, user enablement or a comparable roleExperience working in IT, ERP, software implementation or digital transformation environmentsHands-on experience with WalkMe is requiredExperience creating and maintaining WalkMe content and digital adoption guidanceStrong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for business usersPractical knowledge of HTML and CSSHands-on experience with JiraExperience working with websites, content management systems and digital communication toolsStrong organizational skills and a structured, hands-on working styleTech-savvy, curious and comfortable learning and working with digital toolsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across international and cross-functional teamsFluent English and HungarianNice to have:Experience in Procurement, P2P / Procure-to-Pay, Demand-to-Pay or related business processesExperience in SAP, ERP or large-scale transformation programsExperience with software release communicationExperience creating training or user enablement contentKnowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM)Basic understanding of UX / user experience principlesExperience with visual communication or presentation designExperience working in Agile environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
