Community Lead (Web3/DeFi Protocol) Location: Remote

• US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST Compensation: $130K - $180K Join a well‑funded, expert‑led team building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy. We are creating the platform that intelligently reallocates assets across Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols to maximize returns. This is a foundational role to build and activate a world‑class community that drives adoption and amplifies our mission. As the Community Lead, you will take full end‑to‑end ownership of the protocol's community strategy, shaping how users, developers, and advocates engage with the platform. You will be responsible for designing and executing programs that foster engagement, education, and evangelism, serving as the voice of the community internally and externally. The Opportunity Strategy Ownership: Design and execute a comprehensive community strategy from the ground up that drives engagement, education, and evangelism Community Building: Build, manage, and scale online communities across key platforms (e.g., Discord, X, Telegram), cultivating a positive culture and fostering grassroots advocacy Content & Events: Lead the creation of community‑focused content initiatives and organize digital and in‑person events (e.g., AMAs, workshops, meetups) Growth & Empowerment: Grow and empower the next generation of on‑chain users, developers, and advocates, translating community feedback into actionable insights for the product team Ambassadorship: Act as a key public‑facing representative for the protocol, creating clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralized groups Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in Community Management, Marketing, or Ecosystem roles within the crypto or Web3 industry Crypto Fluency: Deep familiarity with crypto culture, the DeFi landscape, and major ecosystems, including EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana Community Scaling: Proven success in managing and significantly growing online communities (Discord, X, Telegram), running successful campaigns, and establishing advocate/ambassador programs Communication & Execution: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate autonomously and create momentum in a fast‑paced environment Event Experience: Experience planning and executing digital and physical community events, AMAs, and content initiatives Benefits Competitive base salary aligned with Web3 market rates (estimated range of $80,000 - $130,000+ annual base salary, depending on experience and location) Significant Token Allocation to align your incentives directly with the long‑term success and growth of the protocol Unmatched opportunity to define a core function and lead the community strategy from the ground‑floor Flexible working: Remote‑first culture with flexible hours Team: Opportunity to work with an expert, well‑funded team backed by premier industry investors Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
