We're looking for a Delivery Manager

• Life Sciences (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany in a hybrid working mode.In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex programs for clients in the life sciences sector ensuring strategic alignment, adherence to regulatory requirements and high-quality outcomes.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs in the life sciences domainEnsure adherence to quality standards, timelines and budgets throughout all phasesDrive clear communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparencyEstablish and track KPIs to monitor project performance and client satisfactionLead risk management and issue resolution initiatives to mitigate delivery gapsCoordinate cross-functional technical and business teams for successful outcomesSupport account growth through identification of new engagement opportunitiesMentor delivery team members to strengthen capability and collaborationRequirements15+ years of experience in delivery or program managementIn-depth knowledge of life sciences industry and regulatory environmentDemonstrated success managing complex multi-stakeholder programs at scaleStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile practicesProven experience with cloud environments and data platforms such as Snowflake and DatabricksFluency in German and EnglishMaster's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science or related fieldExceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to have Expertise in digital transformation initiatives for the life sciences sectorRelevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) #J-18808-Ljbffr
