The Candidate To be successful in this role, you will be: An Employment Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate or Partner level), ideally experienced in representing both employees and employers. Technically excellent, with a track record of handling complex employment law mandates. A self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment, capable of maintaining high standards of client service independently.
