You will play a key role in shaping the platform, mentoring team members, and delivering end-to-end features with real-world impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable, secure systems with attention to privacy and compliance.Lead complex projects, driving quality, performance, and maintainability.Provide technical leadership within the team and mentor junior engineers.Own features from planning through deployment and monitoring.Collaborate on architecture, best practices, and product vision.About You5+ years’ experience in full-stack development within B2B SaaS (experience in ESG, sustainability, or fintech is a plus).Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and React.Familiar with GraphQL, NoSQL databases, Tailwind CSS, and AWS.LocationRemote-first with optional office space in Berlin. Candidates must be located within ±3 hours of Central European Time (CET).
