IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities: varied and demanding

• You will actively maintain and further develop our IT infrastructure and ensure stable and secure system operations
• Problem analysis and troubleshooting (1st to 2nd level) are part of your responsibilities
• Your responsibilities include managing all necessary measures to ensure IT support, such as tool optimization
• You will serve as the point of contact for software and hardware vendors, act as the go-to person for server infrastructure and various development platforms, and collaborate with rotating project teams
• Recording and updating solutions in the knowledge base

Your strengths: professional and personal

• Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Business Administrator) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience
• You are experienced with Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, MS-SQL, etc.
• A basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls) and storage systems (NAS, SAN), as well as experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), is a plus
• You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and work in a structured and organized manner. You enjoy collaborating in diverse teams
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
