As a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare sector, we operate in 19 countries and employ over 9,000 dedicated employees. You’ll work in a dynamic and innovative environment full of opportunities. With your dedication and passion, you’ll have the chance to make a lasting difference.
CGM Leverages AI: We’re looking for people who feel the power of AI in the e-health environment, want to help shape the future, and, with curious passion, recognize how technology can make healthcare smarter, simpler, and better.
Together, we’re shaping the healthcare system of the future. Join our mission and make a difference—for a world where knowledge saves lives!
Are you passionate about cutting-edge products? Do you have the talent to turn ideas into concrete, value-adding solutions while always keeping the big picture in mind? Then we’re looking for you!
Your Role:
- As a Service Owner, you’ll be responsible for our M365 Content Services—with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview—and will drive their conceptual and technical development.
- You’ll design structured, scalable, and practical storage systems and processes based on SharePoint and establish a clear self-service and automation strategy.
- You clearly define how content is structured and where it belongs (OneDrive, SharePoint, or Teams), consistently implement these rules in practice, and use Microsoft Purview to implement retention periods, deletion rules, and sensitivity labels in a way that works for everyday use.
- You strategically use structured storage systems with metadata (content types, managed metadata, term sets) to significantly improve structure, search, and discoverability, thereby supporting smooth internal project execution.
- You continuously evaluate new developments in the M365 environment, translate relevant features into scalable, usable solutions, and support their adoption through clear best practices, how-to guides, webinars, and training sessions; you also strengthen adoption among employees by strategically building power-user communities.
What you bring to the table:
- Several years of experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive, as well as in the design and implementation of user-friendly information and storage structures in an enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of governance, lifecycle management, and compliance, ideally with Microsoft Purview (retention, sensitivity labels, DLP, data classification).
- A good understanding of related M365 services such as Teams, Loop, Planner, and Viva Engage; experience with Power Automate is a plus.
- The ability and enthusiasm to communicate complex technical content in a way that is tailored to the target audience, easy to understand, and practical.
- A successfully completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, Information Science, or a comparable program, as well as business-level proficiency in German and English.
Here’s what you can expect from us:
- Remote Work: Work flexibly—two days a week remotely and three days on-site.
- Attractive Locations: At our locations, you’ll find not only fully equipped workstations but also regular events such as summer parties and Christmas celebrations.
- Professional Development: Our in-house academy and our network of external partners will support your professional growth.
- Health: We consider health to be a precious asset. Our on-site cafeteria offers a selection of delicious and healthy meals every day, and we’d love to welcome you to weekly classes (online and in-person) at our fully equipped gym.
- There’s always room for more: The daycare center on our CGM campus in Koblenz helps our employees make their workdays even more flexible. We also offer corporate benefits, the option of a job bike, a company savings plan (BAV), and much more.
Diversity is part of CGM! We look forward to receiving your application regardless of disability, gender, nationality, ethnic and social background, religion, age, or sexual orientation and identity.
