We are currently working on a Founding Senior Partner role at one of Germany's first AI-native commercial and compliance law firms.Headquartered in Berlin, the firm works primarily with PE/VC-backed portfolio companies and mid-market entities on commercial contracts, IT/data, corporate, and regulatory matters---utilising a unique one-hour response model and fixed pricing.The OpportunityThis role is designed for an entrepreneurial partner who holds a portable, diversified book of business and wants to continue serving those clients while building true equity in a highly scalable firm, rather than just drawing a traditional share of fees. You will actively shape the trajectory of the practice alongside the co-founders, building something category-defining in the German market.What They Are SeekingA German-qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) with circa 12--20 years of experience in German legal practice.A demonstrable, portable book of business, ideally focused on corporate and commercial matters.Experience working with private equity, venture capital clients, or tech-heavy portfolio companies is highly advantageous but not a strict prerequisite.Native-level German language skills.LocationThe firm operates on a modern hybrid model out of Berlin.
