To strengthen our project management team at our locations in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and Neustetten (near Rottenburg am Neckar), we’re looking for consultants and project managers (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

With us, you’ll advise on and manage projects related to Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, and Content Management for corporations and large mid-sized companies, including those in the automotive, industrial, and retail sectors. You’ll serve as the bridge between business units, IT, and service providers, ensuring that complex system landscapes are transformed into clean, globally deployed solutions.

You’ll work in cross-functional teams with our colleagues in Belgrade. Thanks to our hybrid work model, you’ll combine flexible remote workdays with in-person collaboration at the office. The position is initially limited to 2 years.

Your Responsibilities:

• Advising our clients on the selection, implementation, further development, and integration of PIM and DAM systems
• Gathering and analyzing requirements in collaboration with business units, and translating them into concepts, user stories, and data models
• Planning, managing, and coordinating projects, including time, budget, and resource planning
• Designing content and asset workflows, rights and role concepts, as well as data flows between systems
• Leading and coordinating project teams at our German locations and in Belgrade
• Transparent reporting to clients, management, and the project team
• Active role in agile teams—as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or traditional project manager—depending on the project’s needs

Keeping a cool head during go-live? Yes

What you should bring to the table:

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on IT, business, or media, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience as a consultant or project manager in the PIM and/or DAM field
• Practical experience with at least one leading system, e.g., CELUM, Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets), Contentful, FirstSpirit, Akeneo, Pimcore, or Stibo STEP
• Understanding of data models, interfaces, and integrations, such as with ERP, e-commerce, or marketing tools
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management
• Confident demeanor when interacting with clients, including at the decision-maker level, as well as a passion for workshops and facilitation
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as a willingness to travel

CMS knowledge? A plus

Nice to have:

• Certifications, e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PSM/PSPO, or vendor certifications
• Experience with nearshore or distributed teams
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
