As a Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing activities for raw materials and packaging, driving cost efficiency, supply security, and business growth. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific raw material categories and packaging to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and business growth. Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to build strong strategic partnerships. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Product Management teams on cross-functional initiatives and OWC-optimization. Monitor market trends, risks, and supplier capabilities to support informed business decisions and mitigate supply risks. Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance procurement processes, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

Proven experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and supplier management within a manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environment. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of delivering cost savings and creating business value. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective risk management. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, regions, and supplier networks. A proactive, results-oriented mindset combined with strong communication skills and the ability to drive initiatives in a dynamic international environment. Proficiency in both German and English for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
