German-Speaking SAP HCM Consultants (PY/PT, SuccessFactors EC, S/4HANA Migration) Location: Remote (Germany) Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: Long-term Start Date: ASAP We're currently seeking experienced German-speaking SAP HCM Consultants to join a large-scale international SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely on enterprise HR transformation projects with a leading global organisation. We're looking for consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas: SAP HCM Payroll (PY) SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) SAP S/4HANA HCM Migration Responsibilities Deliver SAP HCM implementation, rollout and transformation projects Gather business requirements and lead client workshops Configure and support SAP HCM solutions Collaborate with functional and technical teams across international projects Provide guidance and best practice throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Fluent German and English communication skills Strong experience in SAP HCM, with expertise in Payroll (PY), Personnel Time (PT), SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), or SAP S/4HANA HCM migration Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently within remote international teams If you're an experienced SAP HCM Consultant looking for your next contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
