No of Positions: 1 position Work delivery location (Country): Germany; Primarily remote with occasional travel to Walldorf, Germany. Work Type: HYBRID Work Effort: Approximately 2-3 days per week. Duration: 3 months plus (with potential for extension) Note: Candidates must have experience working on Data Lake, MDI, BIB, Point-Point Integration & BTP Extensions. We are currently looking for a Lead Integration Architect to support our P&C Next HCM Program. The consultant will provide leadership and strategic guidance across SuccessFactors integrations, SAP BTP, middleware architecture, data strategy, and AI enablement. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications. Provide architectural leadership for SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Design and govern scalable data models supporting future global rollouts. Support the overall Data Hub and integration architecture strategy. Advise on middleware and integration technologies including BTP, MDI, Data Lakes, and related platforms. Support AI-related initiatives, including the technical enablement of SAP Joule. Provide hands-on guidance and best practices for complex integration scenarios and enterprise data flows. Required Experience Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Integration Solution Architect. Strong SAP SuccessFactors integration expertise. Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite. Experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures. Strong understanding of data architecture, master data, and integration governance. Experience working in complex global transformation programs.
