For over 15 years, the marketwing GROUP—a direct marketing service provider with approximately 100 employees—has successfully handled communications and fundraising for nonprofit organizations and charitable groups, allowing them to focus on their charitable work.

We are expanding our motivated, cheerful fundraising team in Hanover/Garbsen and are looking for a System Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• System & Network Administration (Windows Server / Active Directory)
• Managing the IT Service Desk and providing support to internal users
• Backup and restore
• Rollout of new end devices and client management
• Administration of VoIP telephony
• Provisioning of virtual servers/workstations
• Researching and procuring hardware and peripherals

Your Profile

Degree? Yes, but not required: Whether you’re an IT specialist with vocational training, a computer science graduate, or a career changer with experience—what matters to us is what you can do.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows Server 2019+
• Proficiency in data backup, e.g., with VEEAM
• Experience with VMware vSphere
• Organizational skills and the initiative to work independently
• German (native-level proficiency)
• Good command of English

Nice-to-have (but not required):

• Experience with virtual machine replication
• Knowledge of working with and configuring firewalls
• Knowledge of system monitoring, e.g., using Nagios
• Experience with PowerShell
