The Test & Release Team Manager leads the ASV Test & Release organization and is responsible for testing, release management, and customer deliveries. The role combines people leadership, strategic development, and hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing team.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Release Managers, Test Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers across sites. Collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Support.

Plan and coordinate testing, software releases, patches, hotfixes, and customer deliveries. Continuously improve testing, release management, and deployment processes. Ensure predictable, high-quality software deliveries.

Support the adoption of automated testing solutions to improve quality and efficiency. Hands-On Contribution

Actively support testing, release coordination, and customer delivery activities. Contribute technical expertise during critical project phases. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Release Management, DevOps, or Software Delivery. Experience with Agile development, CI/CD, software delivery, and test automation.

Strong understanding of software testing, quality assurance, and release management. Familiarity with Linux-based development and deployment environments. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset. Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
