We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – Financial Services & Banking (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany in a hybrid working mode.ResponsibilitiesOwn new logo acquisition within the Financial Services (Banking) sector to drive net-new revenue growthIdentify and convert whitespace opportunities across existing or underdeveloped accountsBuild and execute sector-specific account penetration strategies aligned to client prioritiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and VP levelsLeverage market insights and industry trends to create compelling client propositionsLead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to deal closureGenerate pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns and industry eventsRepresent EPAM at forums and networks to strengthen presence within the Financial Services industryPosition EPAM capabilities in digital transformation, data, cloud and AI in a relevant business contextEnsure robust pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting and timely reportingRequirements7+ years of experience in IT sales or business development with a strong focus on Financial Services (Banking) clientsProven record of winning new logos and expanding whitespace within accountsStrong understanding of Financial Services market dynamics, challenges and transformation driversExperience closing complex, multi-service or consulting-led solutionsAbility to build pipeline from scratch and deliver against net-new targetsEstablished executive-level network within the Banking sectorExperience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders in large enterprisesBachelor's degree in business, technology or a related fieldAI-driven mindset, with an interest in applying AI to sales strategy and client engagementGerman and English language skills are required for this roleNice to haveKnowledge of emerging Financial Services technologies, including AI, advanced analytics and cloud platformsFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance aspects impacting banking transformation #J-18808-Ljbffr
