• Financial Services (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this strategic role, you will lead architecture design for AI-first, cloud-native solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape technology roadmaps, define enterprise architectures and ensure successful execution of large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business consulting skills to influence solution strategy and drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with clients, Google representatives and multidisciplinary delivery teams to transform emerging AI and cloud technologies into resilient, production-ready systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver AI-first, cloud-native solutions for enterprise clientsLead end-to-end architecture activities including assessments, roadmap creation and platform recommendationsServe as a trusted advisor for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectivesGuide technical teams during project delivery, providing architectural oversight and governanceSupport RFx and presales activities by crafting tailored cloud and AI solutions based on Google technology stackMaintain partnerships with Google and contribute to joint innovation initiativesDrive knowledge sharing through patterns, reference architectures and reusable assetsFacilitate workshops, hackathons and enablement sessions focused on AI adoption and digital transformationMentor engineers and architects to build strong technical communities within projectsStay current with Google Cloud and AI advancements, ensuring solution portfolios remain innovative and competitiveRequirements10+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform engineering or enterprise ITMinimum 5 years in the financial services domain with focus on digital transformationDeep expertise in Google Cloud Platform and modern architecture principlesProven experience designing AI-native applications and enterprise GenAI solutions, especially with Gemini Enterprise and Agent PlatformsExperience turning AI prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions, including validation and production readiness approachesStrong understanding of SDLC practices, CI/CD and agile delivery methodologiesHands-on knowledge of governance frameworks and security models for cloud-native platformsExcellent communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders and technical teamsFluent in German and EnglishBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplineAbility to travel as requiredNice to have Experience delivering Agentic AI or RAG-based enterprise solutionsFamiliarity with regulated environments and security-driven designsGCP Professional certifications (Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, ML Engineer)Gemini Agent Development or Deployment skill badges #J-18808-Ljbffr
